Job description
We are seeking energetic and experienced individuals to join our Sales and Marketing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, and managing client relationships within the engineering and technical services sector.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to reach target markets.
- Identify and engage potential clients in the infrastructure and ICT sectors.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns and manage social media presence to generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Provide technical explanations of services to potential customers based on engineering knowledge.
Experience & Qualifications
- Gender/Number: 2 Females and 1 Male required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Specialized Skill (Male candidate): Must have verifiable knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing.
- Education: At least a Diploma in an Engineering-related course or field. This is essential for understanding our technical service offerings.
- Location: Candidates MUST be residents of Kireka, Banda, or Bweyogerere for ease of proximity to operations.
